I have mailed in returns and I know they were received however there is no credit to my acct. Have sent emails and gotten the response there is no one to answer them and also been on hold for right now longer then three hours. My guess is therr3e is no one on the other end and the company just put the revolving message up during business hours. I was a long time customer and find these business practices appalling. You are thieves and should be ashamed of yourselves. It says you can do returns by mail. Well that didn't turn out so well. You also have dates when you can no longer return things but you don't respect the same policy. Top 1% hard at work again!
