Mr. Culp,

Our Monogram frig went out Aug 4, 2020 we are still waiting to get it properly fixed? It is now 11/5/2020. We get many different stories from your 1-800 service folks. COVID is being blamed for everything. I think it is just poor planning! Various parts have been ordered. We were scheduled for repair today and it was cancelled at the last minute? We were dealing with your Special Programs/Recalls Case Mgr. Logan, but he has stopped contacting us or following up. We need your assistance to please help us get our $10,000 Monogram Frig fixed before Thanksgiving.
