Navjot S Hanspal sent a message to Jeffrey Immelt that said:
There is a problem in the internal structure of customer service department. When a part is on back order, representatives are not getting it flagged or are not told to look for the availability as they are talking to customers.
I had to call three times finally today found out that the parts won't be available till mid December. Time lost - one hour; this does not count the time the techs were not able to do productive work.
I would have sent this to the Cust Service Department but was told that the information cannot be provided.
