Hello, I am trying to get in contact with someone at Yahoo! so that I can continue the process of retrieving my account. I have spent an extended period of time with your service Yahoo "Pro." The time I spent was met with answers such as, "Your password is saved in your cookies," and "Your browser is what saves your passwords, we do not have a data server with any of that information." After being told such things, I even asked a Supervisor named "mike" if he could direct me to someone that would be able to help me. His response "Over the phone I am the highest form of support." then after I asked him if he was the CEO of the company he simply told me he could not disclose that information, and then hung up on me. I understand that this may not be the level at which you operate. However, I have not been afforded the opportunity to do simple authentication methods that are accepted in many other online entities. If I could be directed to somebody with the competency to help me with this situation that would be greatly appreciated.
