My family and I visited one of your stores (#436 Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets, Va). We had a terrible experience with one oy the employees Paul Shell) racial discrimination and profiling. We were there to do our Holiday gift shopping and it all took a turn fot the worst!. I have emailed Mariann Bautista (the store manager provided me her email address) the day of the incident Dec 19, 2018) she has not responded. Today I sent Jade Miller (NYC) a message in linkedin. I am expecting a reply and resolve in a reasonable amount of time.
