I wrote to you a few weeks ago about my experience with your customer service on 12/11/2016. I am writing now to inform you that in addition to poor customer service, your e-mail service is also sub-par.
We have been your customers since we moved to Florida in the year 2000, primarily to maintain a land line with our number, 239-395-0859, required by our security system. I guess being your customer for so long is reason enough to ignore servicing the account. While the poor service through the years prompted us to consider changing the service, it is a painful transition to make. So we endured the bad service.
But, not for much longer. Unfortunately for us, your competitor does not have a stellar reputation either……so the devil we know lasted for close to 16 years. I recently deduced that the problem with my e-mail is your overworked embarqmail server, as evidenced by the fact that, at times, your pages take many seconds longer to download compared to for example, Google. Recently, I received an offer to upgrade to 20Mbps. Of course, that is a meaningless speed if the server is too busy to answer my service request. I expect a reply as my last attempt to stay with your company.
