Glen,
Just so you are updated, two days ago I had an email that said I would be receiving an email in 1 day.
So, nothing ever came and it is now 2 days.
Is anyone actually doing anything? Have you been in the loop?
I am so disheartened at this point, I doubt anyone is doing anything.
Can you look into this?
I am hoping you at the least, have someone looking into this and if so can you or that person at least send me an email to say they are looking into it and I will get a email or letter with the results.
