I am Farida Rizwan. I fought 3rd stage beat cancer, my own disability, found my financial independence after being college dropout due to parental pressure for marriage, and brought up my special needs daughter all alone without ever seeking help. But now I need help to save my dream.
I started a preschool and daycare last year which was my dream of 32 years. I sustained it for a year as well. But this year, 3 new schools started in our area and competition went high. Adding to it was my foot injury where I had walk with the help of a walker. Admissions went down due to this. I unable to sustain it anymore on my own, so I started a fundraiser on Impactguru.
This is my dream and I am unable let it go. Can you share it and help me raise funds? I intend to make this place open for all, for those who can.
Someday I plan to have a model school where differently able people will not be treated different from others.
