At the San Diego Airport on April 11, I signed a rental agreement that included a $68 Loss Damage Waiver I had told the clerk I didn't want. There was a long line and when I finally got to the desk, I was ready to get on the road. I should have checked the receipt, but when the clerk told me to initial various items on the screen, I assumed they conformed to what I had told him. When I discovered the error, I called the number listed on your website, 619.542.8001. It is disconnected. I called Customer Service, which offered to refund 25 percent, and gave me another number, 619.294.5921, which apparently no one ever answers. I am a senior citizen. I would like the entire $68 refunded. Thank you.
