My girlfriends and I rented a car (received today) through my Costco membership and I am young - this is my first time renting a car and we have been taken advantage at one of your car rental locations in Orlando and the specific location nor customer service is helping at all. My quote including taxes and fees was just over $200 and when we picked up the car it came to over $600. I spoke w/my mother and realized we did not have to take the additional insurance and they also added a second driver on the car which I did not ask for, etc. They are saying nobody can remove charges now. We are extremely disappointed in Budget and how they are handling this situation. PLEASE HELP US! Thank you.
