Barbara Turner sent a message to Ronald Nelson that said:

We have had a reservation for several weeks and now told that there is no truck available. Supposedly your inventory department is working on it, but we never receive a call back, constantly having to call with new ideas - we said if a smaller truck was available could work with that - and again, no call back. Interesting fact, supposedly spoke with Manager, Michael ID # 37858 who said there was no one else higher to speak with. Stated trucks were given to UPS, Fed-EX and so none available. So as a customer, you take away confirmations to give to other companies. Wait until I put this on the internet/Facebook/etc. Also was told by him that Inventory Department was not part of the same company. When asked further, stated Inventory, Customer Service, and Reservations not in same company. But then corrected himself when I asked further. If that's how your employees consider your company - no teamwork, no wonder why you have issues. Would like truck from Wappinger Falls or Brewster NY. Is there any attempt being made???? Due to the disrespect and how this was all treated, I assure you if not accommodated, this will go further and online and in the media. Who heard of giving customers' RESERVED trucks away??? Poor customer service!
