I understand that you are a very busy person and that you do not have time to Handel situations that you have employees to handle. I just dont know whom to go to. as I have been sent around to numerous people to be told the same thing they cant help me RULES are RULES.

Please take the time to read what I have to say and respond.

WHO WOULD CHOOSE TO PAY a 36 DOLLAR OVERDRAFT FEE VS. a 6 DOLLAR same day CONVIENCE Fee. If they UNDERSTOOD THE RULES.

After spending an hour on the phone with customer service aggent, acct manager Marian, Acct supervisor Christopher and being told that there is nothing they can do for me as this was not a bank error. I am reaching out to you as I am furious.

My account got hit with an over draft fee of 36 dollars. due to I deposited a check ( that stated cash) to my account via ATM at 6:15 am. I explained there is an app that would have charged 6 dollars. so I figured I would save my self the 6 dollars and deposit it at the ATM. then at 12:45 yesterday I was hit with an over draft fee. when the account wasnt really over drafted as the check deposited at 6:15 am covered my house payment. then today everything looks ok other than I was hit with a 36 dollar fee. and I keep getting told rules are rules its not our error it was yours. I understand what they are saying to me NOW. had I known that before I would have saved my self as well as every one else the hassle and paid the 6 dollars. now its costing me 36 dollars. this just doesnt seem fair. if I had known I could have went after work to the bank and deposited the money. or deposited cash into the atm. It was at 6;15 am I was under the impression that it would be in there same day. and hit with the fee at 12;53pm.

All transactions took place on 2/21 this is ridiculous that it has gotten this far. I was told they TREAT ALL PNC CUSOMERS THE SAME. I hope they dont treat all PNC customers this way. I would hope that they are taught better customer service and not all situations are the same.
