I have reached out and at one point spoke to Andrew Spaulding about the terrible customer service i received twice with two different employees at the new orleans , La location on 1801 Rousseau St. I am a member of mgmt at my store in the nearby riverwalk outlet mall in new orleans. There seems to always be an ussue with delivery along with expressing their personal dislike for things like delivery, etc. To the store location. I have contacted customer service, andrew spaulding, and even the store location. I feel that pizza hut will lose many customers if this activity continues.
