Good Afternoon I am hoping you can steer me in the right direction on who – Francisco Gonzlez email address

Lisa Sanders sent a message to Francisco González - Chairman and CEO, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, SA - Email Address that said:

Good Afternoon I am hoping you can steer me in the right direction on who I would need to speak to about a situation
that happened at BBVA Compass bank in Texas.

This has to do with a breach of the FDIC privacy act of 1978. My son applied for a home loan and the application was pre approved
by the bank, well about 5 days before closing the Loan officer called my sons realtor and explained to her that the bank has decided not
to give Devin(my son) the loan. I really would not have a issue with this but however we do not know on a personal level this realtor. The loan
officer continued to explain why the loan was denied giving the realtor personal information about my son and his credit to the realtor. Keep in mind
my son did not give the OK for the Bank to release any private information. The bank called the realtor first instead of the person appling
for the loan.My son was told his loan was denied by the realtor not even by the bank first. When I contacted the realtor she told me it is
STANDARD practice for her to be in touch with the bank about the loans. My son was NOT ONLY EMBARRASSED BUT LOST THE HOUSE.
I really would like to go to the media and let them know of the standard practices of this bank. I am not sure if I will get a lawyer to handle
this matter.
