I contacted your customer service team as i purchased a ring in December and three stones have already fallen out of it. I did not purchase a care plan and can understand if it had been year since i purchased this ring, but it has only been 6 months and i find this ridiculous. I called looking for the ring to be replaced as it is clearly defective and your customer service reps were nothing but nasty and unwilling to help. I spoke to a supervisor who also told me she couldn't help but said she would put in a claim to customer care. Brittany from Customer Care responded with the same nonsense answer of too bad you didn't buy a care plan.It is a shame JCP doesn't care or stand by the quality of merchandise they sell. I am writing to you today for assistance. If you cannot help i will contact my credit card company to put in a claim to pull the payment being as I am not receiving assistance and will contact the BBB as well.
