Good afternoon. I have been going to a certain taco bell in my area (Columbus Indiana 47201, the one on 25th street) for around 6 years now. In in those 6 years, Ive had maybe 5 good experiences. I love taco bell So much but the one on 25th street is the worst one ever. I just left there without getting any food for like the hundredth time from this place because they told me it would be a 15 minute wait. So their 15 minute wait has to mean around an hour because there is always a 15 minute wait even on a good day. Usually they are out of what I want or something like that, and fast food workers want a raise? Either this place is understaffed or everyone in there just doesnt give a damn about their job. Its ridiculous. Trust me, I am not the only person that thinks this place is awful. Just go to taco bell on face book and look for this location and read a few reviews. There has to be some kind of shake up or transformation for me to go back. This experience was the last straw.
