Good afternoon,

I love drinking Tim's coffee in my travel mug but am appalled by Tim Horton's failure to adopt simple Eco-friendly practices such as using sustainably sourced wooden stir sticks or even a re-usable teaspoon to stir the coffees - using plastic stir sticks is simply poor practice with well known negative ecological consequences and I would expect better from such a leading multinational company.

Please advise me on what you will be doing to amend this issue.
