Good afternoon. I must issue an apology to Sears. Every appliance in my house is Sears. Also, my BBQ, various small appliances, tools, automotive products, clothes, etc.. I have spent many, many, many thousands of dollars at Sears over the years. A year ago I purchased a new refrigerator. Iâve had problems since I bought it and continue to have problems. With these problems, I have learned how Sears service/warranties have taken incompetence to levels Iâve never seen before. As a result, Iâm stuck with a refrigerator that keeps breaking down, many hours of lost time and complete frustration dealing with customer service, a wife who is mercilessly beating my ears about choosing the refrigerator and hundreds of dollars of spoiled food. Itâs been a living hell for me every time this refrigerator gets mentioned.
So hereâs my apology to Sears: Iâm sorry that I ever walked into your store and bought my refrigerator. It cost me and Sears a ton of time, phone calls, service visits and endless amounts of frustration. I will remedy the problem by never⦠ever⦠wasting anyoneâs time by purchasing another Sears product again. Thereâs plenty of other stores to buy from and I doubt the customer service experience could get much worse if something happens to whatever I buy .
