Good Afternoon, I went on my checking account today only to find out that sirius – Scott Greenstein email address

Adriane sent a message to Scott Greenstein – president and chief content officer of Sirius XM Radio – Email Address that said:

Good Afternoon,

I went on my checking account today only to find out that sirius xm has been taking money out of my account for several months. I was coherst into purchasing a $7.99 radio which never worked so I put it back in the box only to find out today that purchasing that radio meant I purchased another subscription.
I don't use my original subscription because I'm only in my car maybe 20 minutes per day. This is the main reason I don't purchase a subscription. I usually receive a phone call and pay somewhere between 20-25 dollars for six months of access.
The last time I gave them my debit card I was told it would not be on file and NO ONE would be taking any money out of my account, only to find out today after reviewing my checking account money has been coming out monthly for quite some time.
After speaking with the first representative today who appeared to be very apologetic and all of my money will be returned and I was instructed to call another number. When I called that number I spoke with several others and no one could help. I finally got someone who said they will send me $17 in a check.
I said you just robbed me and now you want to give me back $17?
I'm writing for your assistance with this matter before seeking legal advice.
Adriane
