I'm writing you in regards to my services with Entergy. I am a homeowner and on Sept 2, 2016, my services were transferred to an apartment that I never rented nor heard of. Now as of today I have been given the run around about my bill, credits, services, etc. and I am VERY displeased with Entergy at this point. It is completely ridiculous for me to have the burden from your company's error!!! I would like yourself of someone with authority to contact me regarding this matter as soon as possible.
