My name is Hugo a am a current employee for sprint at a indirect perfferd  store and am I manager at the kendal location in Miami. I had a visit the other day by a Custer named Christopher Greco a former employee of sprint and the current application designer for sprint and after his experience with me at my location he recommended I email you and talk to you about his experience and my service at my location.

I'm always looking for assistance and recommendations from others to be better in this profession and having someone as yourself be recommended to speak to about it is an honor. He explained to me how he is always looking for talent and better professionals to recommend to the company and wanted to ask if I can have a moment of your time to speak or ask about better opportunities to assist you in making sprint a better wireless company.

I really appreciated the excellent service you provided my father-in-law. You were knowledgeable, courteous and it was good to watch you direct your peers in the store. You definitely have a customer service mindset.

I believe you expressed interest in become a trainer. That’s something you should communicate to your managers. I thought you were especially strong at making the features of a smartphone easy to understand for my 71 year old father-in-law.  Your management should know that this is not only your passion, but something that you’re adept at doing.
