Eric sent a message to Greg Creed – Chief Executive Officer of Yum Brands – Email Address that said:
Good afternoon Mr. Creed,
I know this seems a bit odd for me to reach out to the CEO for a resolution to my horrible experience with the Pizza Hut located at 111 State Park Rd, Greenville, SC 29609. I had placed an order online for pick-up on my way home the other evening. I placed an order for a Large Meat Lovers pizza with extra cheese and for it to be baked well done, I added an order of Cheese Sticks and then an additional Garlic dipping sauce. I checked out the total came to $15.66 after tax and opted to pay at the store. When I arrived at the store the young man at the window had trouble locating my order at first, he then came back to the window and said my total was $12.59. I asked him if he had the correct order? He then read the order info and I confirmed that was correct. I told him the price online was about $3-$4 more then what he's charging me. He said its the new 50% off promotion. I paid and thank him and drove the 20 minutes home. When we sat down to eat we realized we had a plain cheese pizza had tossed and cheese sticks, however, there wasn't any marinara sauce nor the Garlic dipping sauce I ordered. I called the store and explained to the guy that answered, that I think I received the wrong order. He immediately became defensive and replied to me by saying: I doubt that. I explained I received and Plain Cheese pizza not the Meat Lovers I ordered and there were no sauces included in my order, I wouldn't have an issue paying the difference for the correct order. The guy then replied: You must have ordered a plain cheese pizza so that's settled and I will put your name on the complainers wall and we will give you your sauces next time at no charge. I asked him what is Name was and he said Ian. I asked Ian if I could talk to the manager, Ian replied that he is the manager. I than asked him for his managers name and contact number. Ian said his name is Tom, we don't give out the direct numbers to customers. I then asked him for his last name and the last name for Tom. Ian replied we don't give those out either. I told Ian that I was very unhappy with not only getting the wrong order but his complete lack of customer service skills and him being completely rude. I explained to him that if the customer receives the wrong order or has something not right with their order, you should welcome the feedback and opportunity to make it right. I then heard him snicker. I was about to let him know that I was going to contact the Regional Manager or General Manager to advise of my experience. Ian replied "You can contact the CEO" I then said I will and hung up. So that is why I am reaching out to you sir.
My contact info is: Eric Thank you for your attention and assistance in the matter.
Sincerely Eric
