Danny sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
Good afternoon Mr. Daniel Schulman,
I am writing to you concerning the experienced I just had with the company you are leading (paypal). I am very disappointed with the services I have received this past couple of weeks. I turned my personal paypal account into a business one a few years ago, when I started a business. I never had an issue until this year. There was a dispute submitted by a customer thru his credit card company which was completely false. Paypal request documentation which I did provide and still no one had the courtesy to read the paperwork or statement I sent it. As I submitted the paperwork that was request I called paypal customer service and the person on the phone stated that they would help me thru the process. The sad part is that no one did anything to help me or to even read the documentation that, I submitted.
Today, July 6 2016, I received an email stating that the money was sent back to the customer, so I called paypal customer service and was very disappointed with the results. The representative stated that I didn’t submit a tracking number and that is why they sent the money back. I asked her if she read the documents I sent it which included a statement I wrote with a bill of landing that was signed by the customer and she stated no. Then I requested to speak to a manager and basically he told me that if someone submits a dispute the money goes back automatically to the customer regardless if it is right or wrong. After the manager gave me this information I told him I would like to close my account and he put me on hold for about 20 minutes and didn’t even bother to check up on me or come back to the phone. This behavior should not be condole or express to any other customers. I would appreciate if someone gets back to me regarding this matter. Thank you in advance.
Danny
