Good Afternoon Mr. Ellison,
I am a concerned consumer about your JC Penny branch in Southaven, Ms.
No I do not work for your company,however I am the transportation for one of your employees.
I have been advise that at the of a work day, employees "wad" up clothing items and shove them in the back of the display boxes.
Next, as I provide transportation, you employee does not know when to tell me to be there to pick her up. Yes it is nderstandable things have to be completed at store closing; and would be done and would be completed if "all" personnel worked instead of standing around and talking with their friends.
Yes some of the issues are a management issues, however it can affect the corporate bottomline.
Last, I am retired Navy with a MSM Degree in Management. I don't normally get involved in a company unless I work for them; I just can't as a consumer at this day and age.
