Good afternoon Mr. Ellison. My name is Shirley. This afternoon I tried ordering an appliance from JCPenny's in Amherst, NY on line. When I picked out the appliance and before I could add it to mark cart it asked for my zip code. I put in my zip code and received a message that stated, "Item out of stock for for delivery area". I called customer service and the representative tried to order another appliance and she received the same message. I was told that I would possible have to come into the store and make arrangements for delivery myself. I have not experience this before. I've ordered other items on line and didn't have this problem. I don't know if anyone else in this zip code has had the problem. Just need clarification.
