Good Afternoon Mr. Fettig,
Is there anyone in your office with the authority to assist me with getting the Kitchen Aid KDTM704EBS purchased for $1,849 approximately 1 year ago replaced? This was the top of the line machine available to us one year ago and we would like the current top of the line model to replace the broken dishwasher.
I have already lost $1,500 in wages trying to have techs fix this machine and they cannot fix it. The tech out today dented the door and now the dishwasher is making a banging noise. I would like a credit or refund I can use towards purchasing your current top of the line model .
Kitchen Aid customer service hung up on us and will not return several voicemail messages we have left. We are very frustrated with the poor treatment we have received and hope you can restore our faith in Whirlpool products including Kitchen Aid.
