Pamela sent a message to Carlos Ghosn President and CEO, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. – email address that said:
Good afternoon Mr Ghosn,
I have just read your profile and since I can see you are a man of integrity (no messing around), I've chosen to contact you here directly. Although I do intend to write a formal complaint if I do not receive a response from you, not from a second hand party (customer services).
My dad is a pensioner. Although not feeling 100% he took his car to the Nissan dealer 2 weeks ago to replace a recalled air-bag.
I couldn't believe it when he told me that he came away having been told that 3 other things were not working and needed replacing; note he only went in for the recall.
In total he has spent just over £130.00! for a problem he never had before, remember he is a pensioner and his car is fairly new... and left there w
I have told him not to return there and that I will follow this up to the highest level.
As I said I had planned to write a formal letter but lets see what happens with this message to you, thats if it actually reaches you.
You should also be aware that I purchased a fairly new Nissan 3 months ago which I adore ! But the service I have received along with my father has been absolutely appalling.
I feel that had I known this was the kind of service I'd receive from this branch (who shall remain nameless until I hear from you), then perhaps I would never have bought the car there.
I am happy to go into detail with you at your convenience. Since this will take a long time to explain I should be grateful if you could contact me when it is both convenient for you and you actually have time to listen.
I await your response.
From valued customers
Pam
