Good Afternoon Mr.Hayes,
I traveled to Barbados on Jet Blue for a short vacation with my mother who is 86 years old. upon our arrival we discovered that her US Permanent Resident Card (green card) had expired. I contacted the US Customs office and was told that it at the discretion of the carrier weather she will be allowed to board the plane to return home.
I reached out to the Jet Blue based in Barbados but, was no able to get a definite answer. We always travel back to accompany her on the flight because she do not like to travel alone. Can you please give me some direction of weather she will be able to board her flight that is scheduled for 9/23/2017.
