Good Afternoon Mr. Hayes Last week I needed to make a last minute reservation from – Robin Hayes email address

Maureen sent a message to Robin Hayes – Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of JetBlue Airways Corporation – Email Address that said:

Good Afternoon Mr. Hayes,
Last week I needed to make a last minute reservation from LAX to JFK as my daughter went into labor and wanted to expeditiously get to New York for the birth of my first grandchild. Given the fact I did not have a lot of time to think about what to pack, I did not pack any reading material as I always look forward to relaxing and watching live Direct TV which is one of the reasons I am an avid Jet Blue customer (also have a Jet Blue Master Card). After we took off, we were informed that the electronics were not working and there would be not TV. There was nothing to read, no magazines, no newspapers, nothing. I slept a bit however spent 5 hours just staring at the seat in front of me. No sincere apologies were made, nothing offered, and I was fairly dismayed. With all of the airline choices I have during my frequent commute to and from NYC, I always look forward to live TV and news on Jet Blue but obviously not this time around. If we were told this prior to being up in the air, I could have purchased some reading material. I felt that you should be aware of my experience. Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Maureen
