Good Afternoon Mr. King,
I am a former employee and current customer of NPBC. I understand during a merger things sometime go wrong and I need your help fixing one of those things. I have 2 checking account there. One individual under my maiden name Heather Yeager. I have left this account under Yeager as I have a ton of checks and will update it when they are gone. The second is a joint account. This account was opened after I was married and my license was updated so I could provide all the needed paperwork to open the account Kerry Heather Skipper. I have debit cards and check and past statements all having my name correct until recently. My joint account was changed without my request to Heather Yeager. The branch agrees that it was correct up until recently; however, I need to come to the branch with all the documents to fix the bank mistake. I don't have time as I work out of the area and my days are long. If I have to come to the bank, I will be closing my accounts. I would like your help in getting my account back to the original correct state. I had been happy until trying to resolve this bank error and Helen in the Morgantown branch was quite rude about the situation which got me really upset. Please help, as a 16 year customer I need to resolve this issue quickly.
