My name is Paul, I am a long time player of Video games and have now been playing World of Tanks for over 4 years and for the most part still love playing WOT.
I do have a couple of questions to ask you after watching the QA that you did for Wargaming NA dated 1/4/16, with you saying that your focus is on happy players.
Well I am not a happy player please see below why, if you would be kind enough to answer some or any of these question I would be most grateful
Why is there still different offers done per server:
The NA server got fifth Anniversary special depending on how long you have played the game you get x reward
So for me I would get the following items for free by just playing the game :
x20 100% XP Booster (2 hr., no expiration)
x4 200% Crew XP Booster (1 hr., no expiration)
1 Day Premium Acct.
LTP + 50% Crew + Garage Slot
3x Garage Slot (If vehicle already owned, you receive Credit value as compensation)
The EU server we get Premium Shop: 5th Anniversary Offers
Where we have to spend money to get one of the following tanks or other bonus items
Löwe,T34,IS-6,112,T26E4 Super Pershing ( i have all of these tanks and over 283 tanks in my garage)
The bonus items we get :Bonus: 2,500 Bonus: 15 exclusive missions: x5 XP for a victory (Random Battles only) which is only a fifth of the NA offer
I spent thousand of UK Sterling on World of Tanks and I feel there is no real show of thanks to your long term paying players myself and others have spent a lot of money on your game with little to show for it.
You know who has spent a amount, you should reward them in a small way as we keep all the players who dont buy premium time or tanks.
For me the biggest insult I have had is on the EU server premium shop you did do the Pillar of Progress which was a joke and an insult .
If this was a April fools joke I dont think it was funny and nor do players on the forums
I have played for over 4.5 years and have all the tanks you was giving out so this was pointless for me and an even bigger insult in making me have to spend that much money on some A, I dont need B, I already own.
You said you listen to your players in a meeting you did in Cyprus with the EU contributors 3 months on it still feels that you are not listening to us
I look forward to your feedback or a meeting with EU players just like you done in North America
