Good Afternoon Mr. Koch,
I am reaching out to you today because I have used the PODS service in the past on multiple occasions. My Stepfather even works for your company. But my recent experience has been extremely tiresome. to receive my pod to my destination I used my brothers credit card. My balance was cleared in full with that payment. Pods decided to take out another payment the following month which after multiple phone calls and being put on hold I eventually was able to get that payment issued back to my Brothers card. I also told them to remove his card on file. Low and behold he just had another deduction for Storage Fees ??? Its been over 6 months since my pod was stored in any PODS Warehouse. And again my account was cleared and closed almost two months ago. I would love it if you had the time to reach back out to me as I know your a very busy individual. But Im sure I will move again in the future and after this fiasco, Im probably going to take my business else where. I know it probably doesnt mean that much since you are a Global company and I am just another customer. I have had really great experience in the past with the company and enjoy using you all so thats not something I would want to consider but I might have no other option. Thank you for your time.
