Good afternoon Mr. Meyer
i am contacting you today because I enjoy your service and company but today was a much different story. I work on a car lot and helping set up peoples 3 month free trial is a part of my job and something that i do on a regular basis. today after being told that my customer was not going to get his three months but only a a little over a month because it had already be started. after a short discussion and no resolution i was hung up on! So... i called back and requested that i speak to a supervisor. it took about five times of me asking this that i was finally transferred. after telling DAVID (170505) my issue he was no help. i told him that i thought it was wrong that this customer was not getting his free trial like ever other person who buys a new or used car on my lot. I then informed David that i love Sirius but the customer service was shitty . David then told me i needed to learn respect. As a professional who deals with and respects his customers daily. I then used maybe five other words not shitty about his customer service. So in the end your company is shorting a new car buyer his three month trial, has hung up on someone working to put your product in our customers cars. and then told a customer(me) that i need to learn respect. all and all I may cancel my accounts because of this. David(170505) was not helpful and rude.
