Good afternoon Mr. NassettaI am writing to you as a Hilton Honors Member hoping that you will be able to resolve my diminutive dilemma. On July 16- July 20th , I will be attending the National Convention of the NAACP and will be staying at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza location. (Which I most say is a beautiful hotel) My secretary made the accommodations for me which I didn't look at them until I recently received the email. I immediately call the hotel because I didn't understand the confirmation information. It appeared that I will be paying two different prices for my stay. I spoke with Jenny who referred me to the hotel general manager Mr. Coffey in which the problem was not resolved to my satisfaction.
I'm writing this email in hope that you can bring a solution that will be satisfactory for everyone involved.
