I have been a loyal customer of Ryanair since the year 2000. I understand you will no doubt receive many emails/letters from the public.

I thought I would take the time out to write to you.
I am delighted to be able to say that I have just returned from my holiday. The service that I received from your staff/pilots was second to none, very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive.
I have always been very well looked after by your staff as I have a fear of flying so when the plane lands I am so pleased its on the tarmac Its a standard joke that I now have a photograph taken with every pilot and share amongst family and friends as well as my social media account.
Always good to receive good feedback about your staff members!
