Good Afternoon Mr.Rapino

First off i would like to let you know that it was such a pleasure to meet you in LA at TM101 in June. Unfortunately for me I was let go from Live Nation on August 1 exactly a week ago due to miss management of time. I do take full culpability of my actions I documented my time incorrectly on several occasions. I am not the type to make excuse or through a pity party. The end of last year and the beginning of this year has truly been the most trying times of my life. Towards the end of last year my daughter's father walked out of our lives with my ex best friend then two weeks later my aunt who was like a mother and best friend to me passed from Renal disease and a week later my assignment with Atlanta Public schools ended and in February we learned that my brother was diagnosed with the same renal disease that our aunt had just passed from. Receiving the call for the IT field tech position with Ticketmaster in Atlanta was the best thing that has ever happen to me hands down. Just the environment and the people really took me away from my reality. But even with that I still had emotional issues as well as stress and depression which effected me tremendously. But of course at work I would still have to smile, maintain professional and complete assign duties. Once I enrolled into my benefits i begin to see a psychiatrist to help me work through my problems. I still struggled with working through the lost of my aunt as well as the betrayal and neglect towards my daughter by her father. In June a week before going to LA I received a call from a lawyer stating that I was due to be in court on the following day for a child custody case, I was being taken to court by my daughters father. He found out that i was working preeminently with a company and basically wanting to get the child support that he provides modified. I was truly distraught and didn't want go to LA but my flight and hotel was already booked. I pressed forward and it was such a great experience and it will most definitely be a staple in my life. The weeks before and after coming back from LA is what was in question about my time by AJ so he involved HR to check into the matter. I am contacting you to plead for my job back, loosing my job has showed me regardless of situations that comes up against me in my life to remain faithful and loyal to the blessings and opportunities that are set before me. I feel as thought I let down my daughter, myself as well as the ones at Live Nation and Ticketmaster who thought enough of me to give my the opportunity. I truly apologize for any inconvenience I've caused my boss AJ Erikson and Lori in HR. I didn't communicate with AJ on my situations properly or when I would run late and again I take full culpability of my actions and it will never happen again if I'm given a second chance at this absolutely amazing opportunity. Once again this was the best thing that has ever happen to me and I'm hoping for the opportunity to become again part of one of the most amazing companies to work for in the world. I attended a technical college for Audio Engineering / Information Technology. I have an extensive background in entertainment as well as Information Technology from being an assistant of a celebrity jeweler to audio engineering shows to managing artist to producing music to event planning to working for Verizon ISP to IBM then being a IT field tech for 3 of Atlanta public schools. Live Nation is the perfect company for me and I'm willing to do whats necessary for my position back. Thank you so much for your time and attention. I hope to hear from you soon.

Humbly
Stephanie
