Good Afternoon Mr. Roberts
I am contacting you to inform you of the HORRIBLE experience that I am have endured with J.B. Hunt Final Mile Services customer services. I have been told that I am not allowed to choose my delivery window/time and when the automate system calls and provided me with the schedule time (1:45-5:45) the day of delivery the driver called at 8:20 and said that he was twenty minutes away (which I was at work). I am still having this experience with getting my appliance delivered. I am quite upset because there is absolutely no one that says the same thing twice and as a customer this has truly been an HORRIBLE experience!
