Wanda sent a message to William H. Rogers, Jr. Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of SunTrust Banks Email Address that said:
Good Afternoon Mr. Rodgers,
I have been a customer with SunTrust Bank for over 20 years, and I am upset that I have not received my funds that was used to purchase a timeshare in Mexico. I have called and complained while I was obligated to pay on the monthly account until July 2015. I spoke to several customer service representative, mainly non-English speaking, which the representative did not follow the procedures according to the gentleman that initiated the claim in December 0f 2015. If the claim was not filed in the allotted time frame one of the representatives should have mentioned the policy as it relates to filing a claim. Again, I have attached documents explaining the incident and I would appreciate your attention with this matter. I have been experiencing conflict since February of 2015, and to date, and I should not be penalized for not following a policy that was not mentioned, and if it was pass the allotted time, why would one of SunTrust representatives create a case number for my complaint. American Express restored my account to reflect a return. I have not had any resolve, please help. Respectfully.
NOTE: If there is a sixty-day policy, why was there a claim opened in December 2015?
