Good Afternoon Mr. Swedish, I am writing to you out of sheer desperation. I submitted an application for a Medigap policy with Anthem BCBS on 11/3/2016. Since then I have been sent from pillar to post by your organization. I have made 8 phone calls and received a different answer each time. Most times there was difficulty finding me in the system, but alas found. Now I am told (the last 2 calls), I cannot be found, nor my application in the system at all. I have no correspondence that I have been approved. I have kept records of phone calls made (dates, persons names and conversation of every phone call. I am now ready to call the Nevada Division of Insurance. I have been promised my approval was in the mail, I would be called as a follow up twice. I am at wits end and feel I have no other recourse. Thank you. Julia. P.S. I have been a member of BCBS through my employer for more than 20 years. I have 2 friends and my mom who is also a member for more years than I am willing to count. I do not understand what has become of this organization that you lead.
