Good Afternoon Mr. William J. DeLaney, III,
It is with deep regret that I inform you of the disgraceful, shameful, and extremely unprofessional management at the Sysco Warehouse located in Jessup, Maryland. I have worked in the Distribution and Shipping industry for over ten years and I have never seen such as drastically high turnover rate. I was appalled and sadden when I realized the poor warehouse communication, ineffective leadership styles and unattainable performance expectations. I urge you to inquire about employees being terminated for not reaching unattainable performance expectations, refusal to work upwards of 16 hours with one break, or termination based on scheduled leave. With no other options I was forced to resign. As a former resident of Syracuse, I am familiar with your experience in the areas of accounting, finance, operations and management. I hope you will investigate the circumstances mentioned as I would welcome the opportunity for reemployment or honest feedback. Thank you for your time.
