Good Afternoon,
My name is Sandra l. I had place an order on Wednesday 2-10-16 to be delivered on Saturday 2-13-16 for Isabel Martel located on 333 Calvert Street Whitehall PA 18052 for her birthday. The order was never delivered. Not only did I call this morning to find out the status of the order which I was promised a call back. Which no one called me back. Then I call back to speak to a supervisor and I was put on hold for 10 minutes only for someone to hang up on me. This is very respectful and uncalled for. What kind of service are you running. I will find out who the CEO is of this company and file a complaint. All I wanted was a good customer service and professionalism. I need my flowers delivered.
