Short story -
I tried to make a claim on my travel trailer and was informed I didnt have insurance. I asked if I am confused? I told the young lady I have the verification letter from Progressive. She said claim agent will contact you. I was contacted and returned the call and she said she miss dialed. I called the 800 number again and was told I dont have insurance. In an email I sent a copy of the verification and a detailed report on the electronic transfer of funds last Wednesday and nothing yet.
I started this process on 3 May. I have various policies with your company for several years. One says diamond, whatever that means to me.
Your company bought my policies from USAA, which I am contacting tomorrow.
My trailer has hail damage and it's prime time to travel. I retired last year.
Retirement is great!
