Good Afternoon Sir.
Happy Father's Day. I have been trying to find out where a first overnight package that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 6/17/2016. I am sure your employees have had enough of me because I have been calling every 2 hours to check the status. All I am asking is the location of the package. I will go get it. Last night I was told the package was in Tennessee, enroute, and at the san diego airport by one person during the same conversation. Yes I was frustrated. to say the least. The package is a part for a customer who has an event hosting 600 people. All I want to do is deliver on the customers expectation so their guest have a great experience.
