I am writing this email because have continuous problems with SunTrust Bank. The problem started 6months ago, I complained, they investigated and corrected the issue, however the same issue had appeared again with my account last month. I have involved my branch manager and she opened another investigation, she passed to me the name and the phone of the investigator, Poly Brubeck at 404-709-3266. After a week I tried to call and find out the status. The massage stated to leave the massage and she will call next business day. I have already left 3 massages, 2 days apart and she had never returned the call. I am really disappointed with the service SunTrust provides so far.
