Good afternoon,
I talked with a supervisor today on my flight number 5OR8K3 that will be expiring on January 18, 2018. I was told that I will only get the $32.04 to use for any flights and lose out on the $100.00. Since my oldest daughter got into college at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire in 2015, we have been using Southwest for flights. Please see my account number. My daughter also has her own account number.
We are Native American, Navajo that lives on the reservation in Window Rock, Arizona. So it was such a blessing that my oldest daughter is going to college away from the reservation, where she has to fly back home and school.
Please, I am begging, is there any way possible to transfer the $132.04 (was for middle daughter) for a flight for my oldest daughter who is in college. We have given so much of our hard earned money to Southwest and your company makes billions of dollars.
Again, please find it in your heart to work with us. I work every day for Window Rock Unified School District and I just cant let the $132.04 go.
