Good Afternoon
My name is Tenille Ross and I have two devices with your company, my car and a wifi radio. I am contacting you because I am deeply and completely disappointed in your companys customer service. I have been calling the company since April 14th and I ve been getting the run around.

I purchased a table too wifi sound station back on March 3, 2017. I call three time by April 1, 2017 to get help with connecting the station to my wifi. I received no resolution. I tried again on April 14, 2017 and a wonderful lady was able to help me but to my surprise there was no audio coming from the station. I was then transferred to a department that had me verify who I was( this is done every time a customer is transferred to another department. Which leaves me to believe that the departments do not communicating and everything is do by robo calling. Another issue is that you are not told to whom you are being transferred to.) but the end of that conversation I was told that a new device will be sent to me because they did not know how to fix the issue and the device was still under warranty.

Fast forward, on Friday April 28, 2017. I called to get a ETA on the new device. This called lasted for 11/2 hours. I was transfers 8 times, hang up on and through out the whole process I had to verify myself each time and explain why I was calling.

Today, I called and this time the call on lasted 20 minutes. Still no results no one could answer my question. At this point I just want my money back.
