Good afternoon,
My name is Krista. Although I feel that my experience is minor in comparison to the amount of customer's that you service, I wanted to inform you of the failed process. Recently a new store opened in Colorado Springs, Colorado on Tutt Blvd and Powers Blvd. I visited the store, experience a problem, and took the survey to address my complaint. I selected to be contacted by management and received a confirmation email. I have yet to hear from anyone from the company after a month has passed. One of the biggest deterrents from returning to any business is not being contacted when one experience a problem and I am disappointed by the service and experience that I received from Dunkin Doughnuts. I thought you may want to know just in case you find that the store eventually has a drop in revenue or an increase in customer complaints.
