Honestly, I don't know if I'm doing the right thing.
This is about the company here in Cebu, Philippines. I want to report something about how they handle or manage or distribute our salary. It is full of discrepancies. I don't know when did this actually started. My account here is with Verizon. Please do investigate this issue. We're done with the FGD. But, we're not satisfied with the result. Last Friday was our salary. I haven't check my pay slip yet. They admit that they lack man power. They only have one payroll against thousands of us. If that's the case, they are doing this since then. Before Verizon launched their BPO with Xerox. And also, they keep on pin pointing somebody to blame their lapses.
I don't know where to report this. Just trying to report it here. I do hope that this will reach the Manager or management of this company/CEO. If am reporting this to the wrong department. Please do advice me where to report this issue and what to do. And I hope that this will not affect my recent job with this company. Thank you and more power!
