i thought i would take a moment to quickly share my experience with you about the company you run and operate. Im not sure why i have to email the CEO as i do not email Amzon's CEO at any point because i have a blast on their website buying and saving and cancelling orders and leaving feedback.
I purchase a BISSELL® BOLT™ 2-Pack Vacuum on Tue Jul 19, 2016 at 4:33 PM(ORDER CONFIRMATION)
upon going onto Bissell's website on July 20th 3:04pm i found it to be cheaper.
I could not cancel the order online. WHY? Amazon allows this. Very inconvenient for me.
I called it in to cancel they said its not guaranteed but on the website it shows its not shipped so it should be guaranteed.
then your fine team had said this: "submitted a request to stop your order". Feels like I'm in 1995 and doing my online shopping >:).
When was the last time your company took its millions it makes a year oh wait it fell 4.7%
fix your website... i can not waste any more time here!
