On July 3rd my husband and I bought a minisplit, technicians came to install it and after five months it had a failure, we call the customer service from Mexico, they came and told us that nothing was wrong the made some adjustments and left and fave days later again had a failure this time they came and told us that some parts were having the problem and that Samsung would take care of it, of the warranty. The problem is that they do not want to do what the warranty said, they are telling us that we should accept a refund and buy another brand of minisplit, I really want to have my product, I like the Samsung brand, I still dont get why they dont want to do what the warranty say and want to make a refund. I kindly ask for your help because no maxi can customer service person can help me or want to.
